In terms of product quality, we produce and then verify quality. BOKI Industries a.s. has a wide range of control methods to secure interim and final control checks. Internal rules and the certificates we have achieved oblige us to maintain our control means and equipment at a high level.
The quality of purchased and manufactured parts is verified at every step of the production process by our operators, inspectors and welding supervisors with personnel certification in the field of NDT. Inspection methods include applications of visual, dimensional, DT and NDT inspection.
For inspection activities we use specific inspection, testing and measuring equipment such as a thickness gauge, gloss meter, inspection fixtures and gauges or the 3D measuring equipment Romer Absolute Arm. For externally provided services such as calibration, testing, etc., we use accredited suppliers.
